No refund of cancellation

I had cancelled 2 tickets (Cochin-Delhi) PNR No. G249PY on 15-10 for travel on 20-10. I received a mail from ezeego aknowleding the cancellation with No. 123613. Since then I am trying to contact them through phone & E-Mal, but there is no response. I tried to call them even at mid night 01:00 AM, but they just give the prerecorded message 'Thankyou for your patience'. My mobile bills have ran into thousands of rupees trying to contact them. It is proved beyond doubt that, it is a fraud travel site & they are into cheating people. They neither responds to telephone, E-Mail & is non contactable.

I am advising the readers not to fall their prey, even if they offer life time free air tickets. I am regretting for having done booking through them & hope some day they will be put behind bars.
