Non refund of spoiled products and Poor customer service

Hi,

I'm regular customer of reliance fresh located near Marathalli, outer ring road, Bangalore. I many time note that they keep spoiled food items. I purchased a FA Extreme deodarent and came back home. When i started using it, the smell was stinking and i felt that it was spoiled and wanted to inform it to the Reliance Fresh Management. The person to whom i spoke was 'Mahesh' who behaved in a very rude way stating himself as a manager. But then i came to know and surprised that there were no responsible people to take care for any queries. They are not exchanging any spoiled products too... and he asked me to get in touch with manufacturers of FA. I really felt bad and decided not to pruchase in Reliance Fresh in future.
