Glasses saperated from its joint

I have purchsed fast track glasses (m-024-BR-08) of Rs.1595 from westside mumbai. I live at bhavnagar, gujarat, india. Glasses broke from its joint within the warranty period. I have given to the titan show room B.G.Electronics, Bhavnarar, Gujarat. After one month they tell to buy new glass and take discount of Rs.685 for this new glass.

Now pl look into the matter and do the needful.
