Poor quality in the flat, non-completion of facilities

1. There is heavy seepage in bathrooms, drawing rooms, bed rooms etc as also recorded in the inventory list at the time of possession.

2. Quality of plaster is extremely poor. My RO system installed by you has fallen due to poor quality of plastering.

3. Gas pipe line has not been installed till date.

4. JIDPL has not installed second lift. Whenever the only one lift installed is out of order, we have to climb thru stair upto 12th floor.

5. there is no maintenance and upkeep of the complex.

6. JIDPL has taken advance maintenance charges of Rs 15, 000/- at the time of possession which is unethical and is required to be refunded as requested in my earlier correspondences. JIDPL is not supposed to charge any maintenance till completion of all the facilities as per agreement like lift, construction, installation of DG sets for power backup etc.

7. Allotment of parking, providing club and recreation facilities as per the agreement.

I have written several letters to JIDPL (Jiapuria Infrastructural Pvt Ltd, but they are not at all responding. rather they misbehave when we persinnaly expedite. Issue at sl no 1, 3 have also been recorded in possession report. Possession was taken in Feb but till date these have not been resolved.

It may please be noted that as per my last letter dated 06.10. JIDPL was requested to complete the above by 20.10.09 but till date neither there is any response from JIDPL nor any action to attend any of the aforesaid issues inspite of my personal follow up. another remionder has been personnly delivered and acknowledged by JIDPL on 06.11.2009..
