Not receive the refund

Dear Sir/Madam,

My last employer, flexy resource solution p.v.t 60, MAGHUBAN 55 nehru place new delhi), had duly submitted my PF withdrawal forms to the Regional Provident Fund Commissioner. The EPF Code No. is "DL-26217/841".

And I'm not receive the remittance in my bank account as indicated in the forms. Kindly help me to go about this business. I'm currently stationed out of station, and it is physically impossible for me to go and check up on the Nehru Place office.
