Phone not working despite repeated services

I got my phone repaired from the following place on 1st July :

Mr. Arun Tokas repaired my phone and sold me a new battery saying that there is a problem with the battery with the guarentee that there won't be any further problem. After only a few days the phone's battery backup further worsened. After complaining he gave me another battery in place of the old one (that he'd given before). But still there was no improvement at all, this time he gave me another battery clearly mentioning that there is no problem with the phone. After this I went to Goa (I stay in a hostel here). On 24.08.09 the phone switched off again, after three days of no response despite charging continuously I called Mr. Arun Tokas on 28.08.09 who told me that he will take care if there is a similar problem again in Goa. This time he says that there is a problem with the phone and not the battery and he is not involved in this.

I have already spent around Rs.1500 repairing this phone and have had enough stress. I am in a really despair situation here away from my family whom I can't even contact.

Please help me.
