Mobile without the free bluetooth handsfree

Hi,

I purchased FLY SX210 mobile set recently from Subhiksha Mobile outlet in Chinchwad, Pune. (Bill No.151123).

I founded out that there is an offer of *Free bluetooth handsfree worth Rs 1, 770 along with this model. But I haven't received this and i have been cheated off.

I want to know why they haven't given me the free bluetooth handsfree. Please look upon this.
