Dear Sir,

I gave a request for servicing of Forbes Crystal (water purifier manufactured by Eureka Forbes) Servicing on 21/10. My customer code no is 1004409718. My service request no is 52128772. Inspite of following several times and subsequent booking of complaint none of the Eureka Forbes service people are bothered to attend. The purifier needs to be serviced once in 6 months. I request to take the matter further inview of their worst customer support and not bothering to attend the service call. I donot know how they are managing the service requests across country. PL TAKE MY COMPLAINT AND SEE THAT MY WATER PURIFIER IS SERVICED.
