Airtel Broadband connection Not yet given for the past 20 days

I submit my application & Amount of Rs.1000/- to one of your Customer Executive on 3rd November. After that your executive agreed to give the broadband connection within 2 days. But still I am not getting any connection to my home.

Every time I am calling to your Customer Executive or Airtel customer care they are giving me lot of target date's but nobody is able to give me the broadband connection from your side.

Today also I am trying to reach Airtel Customer care 2 times, they are simply saying that our network is down now, so we are not able to open your application please call after 6.00pm. After that I am saying, I want to talk with your Manager please connect, they are agree to connect the call, but call disconnected automatically. I don't know how I reach the manager.

Because of these reasons I am totally disappointed with AIRTEL. So I want to Cancel my application and refund my money earlier.

i wrote this letter on 16.11.2009. but still i am not yet get the connection.

i received one call from Airtel Cus.care and they told they allocate some number to me that number is: 044-7468115.but still i am not yet received the connection.

VERY POOR RESPONSE, VERY BAD SERVICE...
