Franch Courier Express
No Proper Response

Dear Sir,

I have applied to ICICI bank for a cheque book on urgent basis for loan purpose on 28.10.10, they also despatched the same through Franc Courier on 29.10.10,

The cheque book as reached the chennai corporate courier office and taken for delivery on 01.11.10 by Moolakadai branch office, but till date it has not been delivered to me.

Reg the above i made call to the Administrative office customer care no at 044-26446084, there was no proper response from them, also they are giving the wrong fake communication numbers to contact the moolakadai branch, . I tried many times with the numbers they have given but it is in switched off condition.

Further i called back again the customer care (044-2644084) they attended my call and holding the call without any reply, in this way I was illtreated very much.

And presently now my loan got sanctioned, and holded because of the cheque book, so for all this Franch Express courier is the sole responsibility & they should be punished sevirely, even their license should be cancelled.

Kindly do the needful to help the helpless.

Also i would like to have a reply regarding this.
