I have recharged thrice through freecharge.in and I am extremely frustrated with the coupon delivery system.

My order numbers are given below:

7387819

7347924

6694865

After raising couple of complaints in their website, they delivered coupon and that too not completely.

There were supposed to send me 2 shopper-stop vouchers and 2 Barista vouchers.

They only delivered shopper stop vouchers. This is related to order number 6694865.

They haven't delivered anything else. I am really frustrated because, I had follow numerous times for this order. I don't have time to follow up for the other 2 orders. Even though its just the voucher which they have 2 deliver, but I am worried because of the way they handle things.

Why we need to follow up for the things which we don't need to. We are wasting our valuable time in follow ups.
