Defective furniture delivery

We bought sofa (make to order) and shoe rack from the above mentioned worth Rs 26000 on 31st May 09 and paid Rs 11, 000 advance. Balance Rs 15, 000 was paid before delivery on 5th Jun 09.

After delivery we noticed the shoddy work and treatment we received

1. Cushions inside the zip were torn (not stiched)

2. Shoddy quality of fibre used

3. Loose stiches all over with disgusting finishing

4. Fibres and foam is gone flat in 2 days

5. Shoe Rack is broken from behind

There were numerous promises of after sales delivery and 5 years warranty at the time of purchase.

On our repeated complaints instead of service shop guys have chosen to abuse and embarrasse us and urged us to approach, court, police whoever we like.
