Non refund of money

I have invested in fch ipo by application no.4842982 dt.15/01/08 for 104 share but neither i got shares nor refund of money though more than four months have passed and i am short of funds. i have given them many e-mails and registered letters, but they have not replied or acknowleged my letters.i am sorry to say d'nt invest in such type of company.
