Payment debited without booking the e-ticket

Dear sir,

I was booking e-ticket via internet. The tickect I intend to get is from Srivilliputtur to Chennai Egmore, but due to some reasons I was unable to get the e-ticket. But the amount has been debited from the bank account. MY bank account was in HDFC and A/C No. is 07181140027161 Kolkata salt lake sector 5 branch. Kindly do the needful so that I can get back the amount that has been debited.
