I have aplied twice for new vote of my wife Mrs. Aradhana Kediya in last two years but still her name was not enlisted.

We request you to please issue the voter card and alow voting rights. Please do before 13 .5. 2009 if possible as polling dates in my area is on 13.5.2009.
