The vellore branch (tamilnadu) is not responding, reg: issue of policies, name transfer policies, commission

Dear all, I am working as a agent of our reliance general insurance company for past two years. My agent code number is 540637. i made my bussines at chennai office and then coimbatore office.those offices gave me a very good service. But now i am doing my bussiness at vellore office, (north arcot district). Tamilnadu. Now iam facing many more problems. The problems are, I am not getting the two wheeler policies by time. It takes a time of two months and above. I also facing a problem in the name transfor policies, in the same office which the policy is in the previous owner name to change the name of the owner is taking more than three months. Iam facing many problems from the customers. Reg two wheelers i am unable to tackle my cutomers that whether the policy has renewed by date, whether the policy is in live or not. I also not yet received any commission for the company. I am in confussion whether i want to continue the bussiness or not. The people at vellore branch was not attending my several phones from my mobile, while i call from land line they simply says the concern person is not in seat we will tell them to call you. I had spend lot of money and time but i not got any result. I asked for the cover note book also, but no responce.
