Sir,
We are the reseller of IT products. since 1 month ago, we had given a order of cummins 125 KVA genrator set to a gen set dealer and also gave a 10% advance payment to him and he committed he will deliver the set in 10 days but till now we have not get any set from this and still he is not returning our amount. Due to which we lost this case from our end user and we are very tense due to his behaviour as well. We have all the proof which require to prove this fault.
