Did not received the ordered product

I ordered a Reebok sunglass and a dinner set from gift360 on 25th Aug with my Axis Bank credit card. Order number is 00000131. I paid the full amount and the money is deducted from my card. As per gift360 I should get my products after 14 working days and till date I did not receive it. When I call and give my order number they disconnect the phone, sent mails to customer care, no reply and when I call, they say their server is down so cant check it. They even delete my registered user name and password from their server. When they say the server is down and that is why I cant access my account, it is surprising that I can register with another username and password and buy new products. How can this be possible if the server is down.

Therefore in my opinion they are cheating people and doing fraudulent business. Nobody should ever buy anything from them and black list this company in the future.
