Not giving committed refund

I have put an order of camera costing around Rs7K two months back. & i cancelled the order after 1 week as i didnt receive dilivery on committed date by them.

now my order is cancelled & they are not refunding my money. the reason they are giving from past 1.5 month is its under process. everything is completed, its pending from bank or something. In every alternate week they are saying that your account will credited in next 7 days & after 7 days they says the same again. i am fed up of it all.

i need my money. i ned to sort my personal financial issues & for that i need some money. these people are holding my money from past 1.5 month.

please help
