Faulty Lenses

I ordered lenses at CARL ZEISS (GKB Optolab Pvt Ltd), Lajpat Nagar. They diagnosed the power of lense WRONG. When I got the lenses, It was so uncomfortable that I could not even walk properly.

When I informed them about it, they checked the eyes again. This time MY POWER WAS DIFFERENT. How Bad!!!

Now I'm wearing new lenses, but the same problem.

SAME MISTAKE and that too TWICE. It's unfortunate that a world-renowned name like Carl Zeiss is doing this. Maybe their staff at Lajpat Nagar (New Delhi) centre is not capable of serving customers.

I'm still waiting for a solution from Carl Zeiss. Is somebody listening at Carl Zeiss?
