Misbehavior by the ticket issuing clerk at Meerut City

Dear Sir,

On 27 August Me and my wife return to saharanpur by Chattisgarh Exp. in the night. I purchased 2 tickets from Meerut City station. I gave 100 rs note at the window. Tickets were of rs. 72/- only. I asked for balance to the issuing clerk. He demanded rs 2/- change. I refused to give rs. 2/- because i did'nt have change at that time. After 10 min. train arrived at platform no. 1 around 10:30 PM. I again asked for balance amount. He started shouting and abusing at me. I demanded for rs 20/- inested of rs. 28. He refused me. I told him that i am going to stn master for complaint. Than he told me that jaa jaha marji chala ja nahi deta tere paise. chahe to Mamta Bannerjee to bole de. I felt very insulted and took train to saharanpur because in had no option at that time because there is no train to saharanpur from Meerut. I wrote to DRM Delhi, DRM Commercial, Railway station master Meerut And Mamta Bannerjee Ji. But as of now i did, nt received any responce from any side. My request to you to take departmental inquiry against that clerk because he was doing same to other passengers also.
