Authentication of star blue advertising agency

Yesterday one guy named Rahul patil came to my house on pretext of marketing of TEA brand named GOLDEN Premium Tea. He said that he was marketing this brand on behalf of certain star blue advertising division which has marketing contract of the tea brand. He said that an Advertisement will be aired on TV with me in it as general consumer in same format as HARPIC AD is shown on TV. He said that i will get assured gifts if i do this. For me to do this he said that i have to pay some money as an initial marketing of tea. The money will be returned to me on date of Ad with assured gifts. He said that call will be made to me on certain date (Probably next week) to know when Ad will be filmed. I will have to be present at home on said day or else i will not get the gift. I have paid the money to him, but reading about same instances and comments i do feel that i am being cheated. Let see if i am duped or not as a week time has been given to me. Also the costumer care no given is not reachable. CAN anybody throw light on this.
