Neglect attend the service

Hello,

Past two week ago (03/01), i registered the complaint (complaint no#131900) Model Goodrej / Pentacool refrigerator due to attend the service. But Service man not attended still now. Day by day we have inquiring the status and also requesting. But Still problem not solved.

Yesterday (01/12/09) On approximately 5.45pm i make on one more call, attending person Mohammand rias, He said "actually alloted the service team name is "ManiKandan".

Two days before (01/10/09) i called Mr. Ramdoss incharge of complaint and registration management team, He said "i will solve immediately". But still problem not solved...

If conti... the problem so i will take another action...
