Dear Sir,

I am staying in Choolaimedu, Chennai. We have a ration shop at 5th Street Bajanai Koil Street. When ever we go to ration shop the persons never speak our properly with womens or with elder people. They speak out very harsh with most of them.

Most of the time when we go they say that things are not there. It will come but not sure when it will come. Most of the times many things are unavailable.

Sometimes weighing machines too are not working. Most of the time ration shops are dry.

They open the ration shop late and close early in the evening.

They even dont weigh the things properly. If we ask them they shout at us. Even if the things are there they say that things are not there. They lie a lot.

Even the billing too are incorrect most of the time. They ask more amount sometimes.

Now a days its too much... they have crossed their limit... even if complaint also they are not feard of it...

Currently who are working in the ration shop are very crooked minded people...

Plz take necessary action against them...
