Green city Agra plot
I Approched them for refund

I have booked A 200 sq yd.plot in Green city Agra and paid 1.5 lac to them but i went to agra and there is no devolpement and i told them that devolpe that area cut the plots and regestered on my name then i will pay you bal. amt. but they send me letter that they will forfit the plot if i will not pay bal.amt.then again i talk to them that take this plot back and Refund my money with int.or without ont.but i need my actual amt. they denied to do that and now my hard earn money is blocked from lat 2 years and even iam so busy in my work that i have no time for consumer court.so how can you help me out
