Get refund online tickets money

Dear sir,

i make this complaint for getting refund my money from gsrtc.

onwards 31/1 i purchase online tickets for journey surat to gariyadhar. afterwards i came to know that payment was made two times for one tickets. so now i want to get this money from gsrtc my bank is bank of baroda.
