Oken seat & giving bad words

My friends and me booked 5 ticket for ahmedabad from mount abu. when we entered in the bus we found the seat is broken & no one can seat on it.so my friend complain! they do nothing. but bus was empty.so i seats on another seat.but next station when passenger comes they get back me from the seat.when i complain the conductor give us bad words.when we call on headquter the cut our phones.no body listen us. please do something.is this our india?
