Gurgaon Gas Service / LPG cooking gas cylinders
Delay in supply of cooking gas

I am a resident of Gurgaon. I have double cylinder connection from INDANE. For the last few months, i am facing problems in receiving cooking gas cylinders. My vendor (Gurgaon Gas Agency, Mehrauli Road, Gurgaon) books the second cylinder only after 2 weeks of delivering the first one. After the booking, it takes another 2 weeks for the cylinder to be delivered. In my house, one cylinder gets consumed in about 24-25 days.

The irony is that if we ask the man (who makes the home delivery) to get a cylinder taking some extra money (the cost of this is around Rs 650), we get it without much effort. However, the weight of the cylinder never matches what is written on it. I am not sure how he manages this cylinder.

I want to know if anybody else is also facing the same situation. I feel there is a racket going behind all this. Can anybody advise the right palce to lodge a complani against for this?
