Haier, service operator - Virgin
Mobile is not working

I have purchased haier mobile with virgin service since last two days (6.11.2008). From previous day it is not functioning well, thr problem is when it charged it in position, the mobile suddenly switched off. Today I visited your center but no one respond me. finally I came back with out any work. Kindly solve my problem as soon as.
