Poor gas service and no response on calling

The service for booking the gas at phone line is worst thing I hv noticed. They never never pick up the phone if it rings otherwise it is always found enganged. The delivery persons do not deliver the gas on time. It is always at least 15 to 20 days late. Moreover the gas is always less than 13kgs.
