No ticket was issued

Dear Sir,

I boarded the Chandigarh-Delhi-Gurgaon (via Airport) volvo from outside ISBT, New Delhi at around 3.00-3.15 AM on Monday i.e. October 19 after confirming with the driver that bus is heading to Gurgaon. There were around 12 passengers who boarded the bus with me. Conductor informed that passengers will be charged Rs. 50 as fare from ISBT to Gurgaon. I paid the amount but never got a ticket from the conductor and same happened with the other ones as well. This seems to be a regular practice to pick passengers from ISBT, Delhi to Gurgaon but they never issue the ticket in response to the fare paid by passenger. If you ask them you will be a victim of their rude behavior. There is no complaint # or book available in the bus where you can inform the higher officials immediately.

This is happening in Government buses and on regular basis. In this connection i want to register my complaint. I already see so many complaints against rude behavior of Haryana Roadways staff but i dont see any replies posted on this whether any action is taken against them or not or we are just wasting our time lodging the complaints here. I hope that some strict action will be taken against the defaulters so as to set an example for rest of the staff. You can catch them on the spot simply behave as a passenger and see how difficult it is to travel.
