Refund of amount

I am holding an internet account (account no 265494) under tariff plan P512IP 512 Intro-pack plan and already renew and paid amount of Rs.1800 by axis bank cheque (Ch.no-007114) in JUNE.

But internet connection is not working from 1st week of June as society won’t allow for cabling

and requested company many times to take any necessary action and plesae refund my amount, by mailing them and even by personaly going to their mumbai Kamala Mill office but till date they hadn't take any action.
