Service problem

Sir,

I purchased a HCl Laptop on last aug 07.I got 1st complaint after 4 months dvd writer not working i send to your HCL Service center to HUBLI (KARANATAKA). They took time to service 1 and half month. Again 2nd time i got complaint DVD Writer & battery problem i send for service 2 and half month back still service center person saying no "spares". NOW ALL READY MY WARRANTY CLOSED IN 1 YEAR MY LAPTOP SEND FOR SERVICE 2 TIMES THEY TAKEN TIME NEARLY 3 MONTHS.

I HOPE I WILL GET REPLY FOR THIS COMPLAINT.
