Dear Sir,

This has reference to above mention subject. We herewith like to inform you that we are leading customer of your company at Bhuj-Kutch. We lodged one claim in our mention policy of Asia Motor Works make 2523 Tipper Truck having Registration No. GJ12-Y-7454 but after 20 days of registration of claim and 7 visits of your staff, we can not have any proper response from your company side. Our vehicle is lying at Manufacturing Companies Authorized Service station since 20 days. We also talk to your Gujarat Regional Manager and Mr. Prashant Parmar at Gandhidham Branch but we not get proper action in the claim from them. We are bearing huge interest on loan of vehicle and it is also affect in our working targets. So now we herewith request you to take necessary step in the matter and oblige.
