Non payment on rd maturity

I have opened RD a/c on 18-8-1999 for ten years. On completion of term, I repeatdilly requested for payment on maturity of RD a/c. The reason is that post master of Rkvv, beechwal have made fraud and suisuit himself. But it is surprised that cost of negilency in inspection made by the Suddt., Bikaner Division, Head post office, Bikaner is being paying the custmer and they have not given payment on maturity. A custmer who is waiting for a long time i.e. 10 years has been disappointed by this act of Post Office.
