Taking long time to return headset

Dear sir,

i had given my headset on 30th august and today it is 26th sep and till yet i had not got my headset what is he problem i dont know.when i asked the manager he said that it will take 10 to 15 dys but now itis more than 25 days,

so i request you to have a special care on it and one more thing they dont talk in a cool way.thae talk like a government employs
