Defect in bicycle

I have bought cherish bicycle on oct for my child. After reached home i noticed rear wheel tyre puncure defect. two rear support wheel are short and not aligned properly. both wheels are having run out. The retention of air in the rear tube is 2 days only. Being a child bicycle, the company attitude in maintaining quality is regretable. No reply i received till now from ibid company on my complaint.
