Did Not Recieved PF yet after filling Form 3 Times

Hi,

My name is Sonia. Rishi. I worked for Himalaya Healthcare, Mumbai for 2 Years 1 Month. I have sumitted the PF Witdrawal form before 1.5 year and submitted to my previous Employer. They have submitted to

Regional Provident Fund Commissioner

2nd Floor, CMC Building, Begur Road, Bommanahally,

Hosur Road, Bommasandra, Bangalore – 560 068.

I have filled the form 3 times and the employer said that it has being submitted to Bangalore office.

My last updation was that the PF form was submitted to the office on 22/10/08

and i tried calling many times in Bangalore office but the call is alwaya engaged.

My question is

1. How much time does it take to withdraw the PF amount.

2. THIS IS BECOME A MERE HARRASMENT TO GET OUR OWN MONEY WE HAVE TO WANDER AND PLEAD PEOPLE

3. IT IS REALLY SICK TO ALL THE WAY GO TO THE EPFO OFFICE AND GET A NASTY REPLY FROM THE OFFICERS

4..PLEASE LOOK INTO THE ISSUE AS WE WERE NOT ABLE TO FIND /CONTACT ANY OF THE HIGHER AUTHORITYS IN THE EPFO OFFICE.
