Delivery of Gas Cylende

I Salil Saran is Customer of Hindustan Petroleum Domestic LPG Gas Connection and registered with Yashodha Gas Agency, Hadapsar, Pune. Every time book for my gas cylinder they do not deliver the gas in given time frame. And always give false commitment for delivering the same. I have booked gas almost 12 days back and they committed me to deliver gas cylinder with in one week and since last 4 days, every day they are giving commitment that my gas cylinder will be delivered by evening 6 PM. I have single connection and my Gas is exhausted. I am living without gas since last 4 days. But the agency is not ready to give me gas cylinder. When I ask for double cylinder connection. They told me that there is waiting of 1000Nos. As a Customer I am getting harassed. Need some action immediately
