Complaint for sedimentation of moss is seen at the bottom of the purifire

Thanks, for your prompt response to my complaint. But, I don't feel safe yet to use my Pure It as a simple cleaning, only with the cloth & plain-water, is not just enough to make it safe for my family as it doesn't ensure against further deposition of moss.
