Replacement of the produt

We bought the Product on 15th May, from Jalaram Agency (Borivali -East), since then we have call several times due to heavy leakage, every time the maintenance guy came and repaired and the Purifier is to work for few days and again same the leakage is to happen. This way we have call them 4 times in 3 months. Last when we raised our voice that we can't afford to come every time and get it repaired, and we would like to get the Product replaced or we would put our complaint against the product, so the Agency guy got some internal parts replaced, which again worked for 2 weeks. This is really sad to mention that we buy the Branded product like Hindustan Unilever and we face such problems. With great regret we have to tell our friends and relatives to go for simple filter than Pureit Water Purifier.
