I purchased a hitachi window ac from relience digital, Shipra Mall, Gaziabad. after the istallation hitachi people come for demo and they find out that ac motor was not working.

after that they write the report and go back.

and till date they are ready for repairing but not for replacement.

Logically they sell a defective peace and after that they deny for replacment. i called up relience manager ms. Vaishali several time but she just given me another person no. and said that ac can only be repaired. this is after sale service which relience people is providing you.
