Regarding one Phase & Tree cutting

Resspected sir,

I'm Rajiv S Bhosale residing at Sr. No67/1 Borate Wasti B.T.Kawade Rd, Ghorapdi Pune-411001.sir i have given compaint regarding trees which is coming in the way of road of electricity lines due to which sparks are getting genrated and they could make problem because our childerens are playing on that road.i have given compaints regarding same lots of time but they have not solved my compaints they are always telling me this not our duety you have to cut them but as this trees are already on electricity line if i try to cut them then the electricity lines may gets damange .due to which i'm submitiing my request out here. And as i have three phase connection but due to this problem my one phase is not working my compaint number regarding same is 1263770.
