Speed is slow

I am your customer from last one year .in starting internet speed was quit good but now a days speed is very slow .presently severl enternet provider giving hi speed enternet browsing upto 2mbps but u are providing only 256 kbps maximum speed.so take step immidiately to survive in maket.i have alredy complaint to ur local authority .he gave me promiss several times that seniors are working on it.but no action is taken by ur side.so i request to u please take action as soon as possible dont compail me to disconnect ur sify connection.
