HOMESHOP18/AIPTEK CAMECORDER
YET NOT RECIEVED REFUND

I had ordered Aiptek camecorder from Homeshop 18 on 17 Feb'09.As per them they had sent courier on 25 Feb'09 itself. But I recieved that courier on 4 of march'09 as they had put my product to my neibour.

my neibour had given that product to me on 4 March'09.

When I got that product I checked it & I found it damaged.

Then I called Homeshop18 customer care for Refund my amount on 6th of march'09 .That time they promised me for refund that amount & requist me to returned that material.

As informed by them I courier that material back to same address from where i got.

I daily calling them for same & every time they promised me or refund.

But yet I have not recieved any refund.
