Refund Issue

I’ll not take much of your time, I actually need some help in obtaining a refund from Home Shop18.

Just that I placed an order 701016585 (suborder 71042095), was not satisfied, sent it back on 17th March, HomeShop18 Portal shows as refunded, have been given a Request Info # 1323997 for the same.

But now some 3 weeks have elapsed and customer service team was not able to mention, what is happening to the refund.By the way it was by credit card
