Refund not received

Hi,

I raised an online order for ION media player.

firstly it was not received within duration as per comany commitment.

When recieved the product it was partial and of another comapany. So I sent back the product to Home shop 18 and requested for refund of money. After each 2 days I kept calling to their customer care and keeping the follow up thorugh email also. But no responce received. Now its been three months, I am waiting for my refund back.

Kindly advise.
