Sir, I got ur letter intimation abt the Voice Consent Confirmation for Hospital Cash Insurance. Kindly recall our telephonic conversation whcih u 'd record properly. You promised an amount of Premium only Rs 1800/ something for the same including all my family (4 nos) But your letter shows the amount isRs 7698/- So pl let me cancell my earlier decision. I think its a breach of contract frm ur part. Anyway i dont want the same insurance. Hope you didnt take the amount frm my SBI Card. If yes pl return the amount to me.
