I have taken a HTC mobile from the "HOT SPOT, G-4, East Delhi Mall, Kaushambi, Ghaziabad- Telephone- 91 9717794331" dated 08/11. Along with the Mobile they have given me 1200 HOT SPOT Care pack. Which says according to them if I recieve any type of physical and Liquid damage to mobile. Then they are going to bear that and will take due care of that.

But yesterday, when I have visited the particular mentioned above shop with a defect in my lens cover of my Mobile. Then they asked me to pay for that as they were saying this is not covered in the care pack. As it is not listed in the cover points. Although in the Cover pack they have not given any cover list and they have clearly said that they will supply/replace defective spare part of the product.

Could you please help me out as they are just foolong the customer. As at the time of purchase they are saying they will cover each and everything (physical and liquid damage). But at the time of need they are again charging the cutomer. They are just decieving the innocent customer on the name of HOT SPOT care pack and making open theft.

Please help me out as it is not the matter of money. This all covers the Custoemr fooling and the frod that they are making with each and every Hot Spot customer.
