Not Fullfilling the pershase commitment

I purchased a Nokia 6500 Black Silver from Hotspots Retails Ltd, Bearing No. 8, Laxmi Niwas, Opposite G Ameerpet Hyderabad, A.P. with Invoice No. 2310904216 dated 12/07. which costs me 13600 Rs.. ; customer ID is 2310904216

that time there is a scheme to get bluetooth headset free with perchase of mobile above 5000 Rs.

Now after more then 10 months of purchase, After purchase the store promised me to give my bluetooth handset in 2 or 3 days but it didn, t happen till now, I repeatedly went to the above Retail Store and follow the same but everytime they are going to make excuses that stock is not available. So I believe the store is not willing to give the bluetooth headset they have promised, and I don't know how it happened. Now the Salesman refused to attend my complaint

I have the original bill with signed by salesman (remarked Bluetooth Pending) as well.

So, I request you to return my money back or give me the solution because till now they didn, t give me bluetooth headset in that bundeled scheme. I will claim from Hot Spots Retails Ltd. separately
